Saved my life!!

I had an approaching expiration date for my visa and was ready to apply for permanent residency. The talented and helpful team at Everaert identified early on that there was an issue in the past and it might not have the smoothest process with the IND for permanent residency, nor even renewing my current visa. They explained everything super clearly, answered all my questions, and prepared Plans A, B, and C to have paths forward so that I could remain in the Netherlands. From potentially having to leave the country to have my permanent residency secured in hand was only 2.5 months—incredible!

I reached out to Everaert Advocaten almost 6-7 months ago, in order to help me with my permanent residence. Since there were a lot of documents to go through, I felt it was important to get the advice of an immigration lawyer. My case was handled by Ms Danielle Snaathorst. She was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail to me. There were some big obstacles in my PR process as my company refused to extend my visa at the last second, and this put my PR at risk. However, Danielle talked to them on my behalf, and made sure that the PR process went smoothly for me. I am really glad that I went with Everaert Advocaten for my PR process, they practically saved my future as an immigrant. Hermie has an excellent attention to the detail and very much understanding complex scenarios. I’ve heard Everaert Lawyers through a friend and started working with Elles Besselsen to get a self-employed residence permit in the Netherlands.
