Vera Kidjan

Vera became a partner at Everaert Advocaten in 2004. She has more than 20 years’ experience with regular migration law and nationality law. Her clients include private individuals as well as corporate entities.

Vera’s specific expertise lies in international adoptions, descent and other issues of family law in which Dutch citizenship must be established. She is one of the few specialists in the Netherlands in this area.

Vera chairs the America Desk. She has considerable expertise with residence permits under the Dutch-American Friendship Treaty.

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
